Ownerin blank creates error Incorrect syntax near '='.

I'm seeing documents go into 11.1.4.32 with out an owner or author. When the SP runs in connectr I get a SQL syntax error near '='. When I run the same call from SQL I don't get the error. In both cases the document is showing up in TW with a provider of 'Unassociated'.

workaround - create custom ConnectR error if provider is not in TW

devid 23069 Unhandled error when passing in OwnerIn as an empty string to FileDOCWORKSTranscription

To Reproduce: 1. Make a FileDOCWorksTranscription call passing in OwnerIn as an empty string

Expected: FileDocWorksTranscription should return error -2001014 just as if an invalid owner were passed in

Actual ***ERROR***: This error generated instead - Error Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near '='.
