What does this error mean?

Description: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified <10>

It is being received target server of our Outbound Dictation.

Most dictation interfaces reference a script to translate from the Native Allscripts XML format to the vendors format and housekeeping in terms of file movement - namely moving files from an "in" directory to an "out" directory as well as an "archive" directory.

In your case, it appears that said script utilize by the dictation interface mapping references and ODBC that doesn't exist on your interface server. Check to ensure that the ODBC is indeed valid and exists on the interface server where the script exists.
