FileDOCWORKSTranscription's cc_list

Postby Todd Yingling » Fri Dec 30, 2011 9:50 am

Hello,

Does anyone know the format for the cc_list field in the FileDOCWORKSTranscription SP? An example would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Todd

Todd,

I updated our wiki article to be more detailed regarding tasking options with FileDOCWORKSTranscription: http://wiki.galenhealthcare.com/Interfa ... mponents_4. Note that the cc list parameter is used to generate printer-related tasking, whereas the routing list parameter is utilized for electronic-related tasking.

Let me know if you have additional questions.

Thanks!
Justin

In addition I would take a look at ProcessDocumentCC to find acceptable values and in what tables they are located. I pasted in a quick example of outlining the sample string Justin provided in the wiki. Thanks.

Thank you for the great info.

The RoutingList field was the one I was looking for; however, it's good to know how the CC_list works as well.

Thanks again,
Todd

Ok,

If you haven't found your answer yet, this might be what you are looking for;

U:ABC|U:DEF|T:GHI

The routinglist will take precedence over any other tasking in the message definition. They can either be assigned to U:Users or T: Teams. The first entrycode in the order will receive a verify task while all codes following will receive a review task. Each group will be seperated by a pipe.

U: <ProviderCode>|U:<ProviderCode1>

Hope that helps. Thanks.
