Result Error Message

Result Error Message

We recieved a Patient Not Found (-100) error message today (7:18 AM) for one of our results. Then around 10:42 AM a new registration message for this patient was received. The result that had received an error at 7:18 AM this morning filed successfully at 10:44 AM. Everyone that normally works these errors have told me that they did not re-file the result after the registration came across. This is not the first time that this has happened recently. Does anyone know if there is something in the background of CxR that re-files a result automatically?

Hi,

I can't think of anything like that, it would be nice though. Do you happen to have an ADT passthrough to the lab? Maybe there is something that re-queues messages for that day if they receive a ADT message from your PM system?

I do have an ADT pass thru from our PM system to our lab system. I will try to come up with some different scenarios to test.
