Inbound Orders Interface: Field for "Order Status Reason"

We need to file outside orders for Lab and Radiology into the EHR from another EMR system. When filing these orders into the EHR I see we are able to set the Order Status in CxR (Active, Hold For, etc…) . We were wondering how can we set the order so that it files in to the EHR as “Hold For - Manual Activation”. All we see in the current order_status_DE table is an entry for ‘Hold For”.

I see ‘Reason’ field 3 of FileOrder but that looks like it is for the reason for the order and not the reason for the status of the order. How can we specify the reason why it is on hold (a.k.a., Order Status Reason)

If you add in the words (without quotes) “Manual Activation” into the OID –Orderable Items table – column AJ (HoldForReasonList) … this will cause the order to go to the “hold - for manual activation” order status. Hope this helps.
