Mapping multiple levels of insurance on ADT trans to AS

Below is a question posed by one of our clients:

I have a ConnectR Interface question. I'm having problems mapping a repeating IN1 segment (inbound ADT) to the FilePatient_CMS() spl.
I've tried playing with different Mapping Switches and message settings but no luck.
I can't seem to get the Primary/Secondary/3rdary insurance to map to the proper fields in the SPL - it just keeps pulling the data
from the 1st IN1 only.

Allscripts suggested creating 3 IN1 segments in the actual message structure, with different field names - that didn't work either.

Below is an example of the the inbound message I'm working with. (2 IN1 segments - Primary/Secondary insurance).

Mapping switches should not be utilized in this instance because we do not want to generate a seperate FilePatient_CMS call for multiple occurences of the IN1 segment in the ADT. Rather, we need to increment the number of occurences of the IN1 segment we expect in the message definition:

In this manner, we should see three available IN1 segments to map in the source message side of the mapping:
