EHR 11.2 FilePatient_CMS error

EHR 11.2 FilePatient_CMS error

Postby skaufman@smgnj.com » Wed May 04, 2011 11:05 am

We are testing v11.2.0 EHR interfaces. I have built all the 11.2 message structures per Allscripts specifications. I am receiving an error when trying to file in some A31 messages.

Error:
Error occurred while filing (dDirect returned 1).<10>
SQL State: 01003<10>
Native Error 8153<10>
Error Message: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Warning: Null value is eliminated by an aggregate or other SET operation.

I have never seen this error in our LIVE system. Can anyone shed some light on this error as to why it is occuring and how to correct?

Thanks

I think this can be fixed by changing the ODBC settings for your Works connection on your ConnectR server. Try unchecking the "Use ANSI nulls, padding, and warnings."

Thank you Tyler. We will try this. It is strange because the response I got from Allscripts is this;
-------------------------------------
" Hi Scott,
We are seeing the below mentioned error in the Registration interface. However, this is just a warning and not an actual error. If we are refilling the message it files without any error.
This happens only if the SQL server is not responsive at the time the message was filled.
Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

Thanks,

----------------------------------------"

I told him how can it be a response issue if only 6 people are using that server. They are looking at the issue again. It seems all the good people at Allscripts have moved on to other jobs lately.
