Hi There,

I would like to know about fixing of -100 errors.

Is there any way to use the script to fix these error where Firstname,Lastname and DOB is matching.

Those errors should re-file automatically.

Any ideas.Please help.

You can change the match logic parameter to match the patient automatically if fname, lname, and DOB match exactly. Match logic of 10 will get you what you are looking for. Your parameter in the mapping would look like '1|10'. 1 is the standard match logic.

Here are the other algorithms that can be used.

Shamu,

Do you have experience modifying ConnectR mappings? If not, you may want to get assistance from an experienced interface analyst.

You can do this by creating a text mapping on parameter 135 on the fileresult message definition that looks like the screenshot below. I am referring to the fileresult message definition assuming this is for a result interface.
