Re-run a script after a -100 error and must be Bridged

Hello,

Is it possible with in Connect R to re-run a script after a message has a -100 error and must be Bridged.

For example..... we have a script that is looking up the most recent TW order number using the MRN as one of required data elements. If the MRN number is not present the TW order script will fail.

Ideally once the message has been Bridged we would, then would like to be able to re-run or call the script again.

Thanks for your time,
Michael

Hey Michael,

Once you track down the patient's MRN you could use an HL7 editor to add the patient's MRN to the message and send through the interface. ConnectR will treat this as a new message so you would want to remove the original message from the error log. Winsock Handler, an HL7 editor, should be installed on your interface server in 'C:\AHS' folder.

Thanks,
Zak
